Most orders with ship within 2-3 business days from time of completed order.

Rush processing and expedited shipping is available on some products for an additional fee which will vary by item. The processing time for rush items is usually 1-2 business day(s) from time of completed order.

EXCEPTIONS:

U.S. Postal and Federal Holidays - For orders that will be affected by a holiday, packages will be processed the day after the holiday ends, and shipped the following day.

Our Returns Policy_†

1) Enter Product number, description and the quantity being returned.

2) Indicate the reason for your return. Please be as specific as possible to help us serve you better.

3) We will reply with an RMA number and shipping address

4) Print two (2) copies of our reply email. Enclose one (1) copy in the original shipping package and keep the second copy for your records

5) Securely pack items and seal the package. Apply your shipping label to the exterior of the package. Remove any other shipping labels.

6) Please note: SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Also, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you insure your package.

7) Upon receipt of your return, we'll process it within 10 days, and credit your account or refund you money. Refunds for credit card, PayPal, or commercial account purchases will be credited to the original credit account number used at the time of purchase. Allow time for the credit to appear in your second billing cycle after the return. Refunds of purchases made by Cashier's check or money order will be made by Cashier's check or money order usually within 14 days after the return is processed.

Most merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund for a period of 30-days from the date of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns. The restocking fee may be waived on defective merchandise at our discretion. Merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition, in original cartons with original packing, accessories, guarantees and instructions and must be accompanied by a copy of our reply email. Cut-to-length wire and cable may not be returned and is not refundable. Opened or unsealed semiconductors are not refundable. Defective software may only be exchanged for the same title within 30-days from the date of purchase (no returns accepted; not refundable). Opened software that is not defective may not be returned. Kits are shipped in manufacturer-sealed packages. We will not accept returns of any kits that have been opened. Please refer to the manufacturer's return policy or warranty for kits that are defective or have missing parts. Return issues on lease transactions are governed by the lease agreements. † Note: SHIPPING FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE. Also, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Returns that are not made as set out above will be sent back or rejected and no refund or credit will be processed.

Cancelling an Order

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy.
