Seems the internal linkages that make our "contact us" got broken in one of our site updates. Someone mentioned that they sent me a note through there and wondered if I had gotten it. Of course I didn't. After a bit of digging, I located the problem, and fixed it. So NOW you should be able to send us email through the "contact us" form. If you've sent us messages in the past and received no reply, that would be why. Sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused. If you still need to get in contact with us, please try the form again. This time it should be working as expected... |

We are running low on CGLI-2's. The new batch isn't ready yet, may take a while to complete. For now I've taken down the order pages so sales don't outstrip supply. If you've already ordered a unit, It's still coming to you on our regularly scheduled shipping time. I will put up the order pages when we get our next batch built. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. |

Recently I've been noticing a rash of spam to our email servers and to our forums. I'm in the process of hardening our servers against this latest onslaught. Spammers sure are a creative bunch aren't they?
What this means to you: If you are a legitimate user of our forums you may have accidentally been deleted in our latest prune of recent spammers. For security I've also deleted any users who have 0 posts. If you were mistakenly removed from our forums during this cleanup, please accept my apologies and re-create your account.
We still aren't done. This is only the beginning. Going forward, we will be testing and implementing various methods for keeping the spammers at bay. Ultimately if the spam problem continues on the forums, I'll lock down the registration process such that you will have to send me an email proving you are not a bot before I activate your account. This will be a drastic last ditch measure, which I hope I wont have to take. But frankly, wiping out 200+ spammers every other week is taking away from my other duties. |
